CONSULTATION & SCHEDULING POLICY

1. Consultation Fee

Clients may schedule a 30-minute Zoom consultation for a fee of $29.99.

This fee secures and reserves a dedicated time block on our calendar. Once scheduled, that time is unavailable to others.

The consultation fee is payment for time reserved, not for the purchase of an insurance product.

2. Time Allocation

The scheduled session is 30 minutes.

While the reserved block is 30 minutes, additional time may be provided at our discretion. Any additional time is voluntary and does not create an obligation for future sessions nor obligation for any further charges.   $29.99 is the total cost per consultation.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend the scheduled Zoom meeting without proper cancellation notice:

  • The $29.99 fee will be retained.

  • The appointment will be considered a no-show.

  • Rescheduling will require payment of a new consultation fee.

Because the time was reserved and unavailable to others, the fee is non-refundable in the case of a no show.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation

Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if:

  • Cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Short-Notice Cancellation

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours but at least 12 hours prior, a refund may be issued if the reason involves:

  • Medical emergency

  • Family emergency

  • Inclement weather

  • Other reasonable unforeseen circumstances if approved by ShopWithChristian.com consultant

Approval of short notice refunds is at our discretion.

Provider Cancellation

If we must cancel or reschedule:

  • A full refund will be issued, OR

  • The session may be rescheduled to the client’s option.

5. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late:

  • The session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

  • Additional time may be granted at our discretion but is not guaranteed.

6. Technical Issues

Clients are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection

  • Proper Zoom access

  • Functioning audio/video equipment

If technical issues prevent participation and are not at our end, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

If technical issues originate from our side, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. Nature of Consultation

Consultations are:

  • Information gathering

  • Not a guarantee of coverage placement

  • Not legal, tax, or financial advice

There may be some educational and advisory services provided on a consultation.  No additional services from above are guaranteed.  Insurance products remain subject to underwriting & Insurance Company approvals.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By scheduling a consultation, you agree that:

  • The $29.99 fee is earned upon reservation of time.

  • Initiating a chargeback after failing to attend the appointment may result in refusal of future services.

  • ShopWithChristian.com is not responsible for any overdraft, bank fees or financial repercussions for improper usage of the Payment system.

9. Good Faith & Professional Courtesy

Our goal is to have long-term professional relationships built on mutual respect. We are generous with time when appropriate and expect the same courtesy in honoring scheduled appointments.
